This inspection includes an onsite, easy to read, instant computer generated report; complete with a report overview for the realtor. This is a very in-depth and comprehensive inspection. The Silver Inspection *$125.00
Many of our patrons do not feel the need for the in-depth detail that the Gold Inspection provides. The Silver inspection is for newer homes and homes that are known to be in structurally sound and in good condition. The Silver inspection is complete with a general checklist of items observed.
The Silver Inspection Includes:
Exterior Hose Bibs, Roof Coverings, Vents and Flashings, Skylights, Gutters and Chimneys, Main Electrical System and Related Components, Kitchen Appliances, Water Heater, Water and Gas Supply Piping, Waste Piping, Plumbing and Bathroom Fixtures, Heating and Cooling Systems. (Does not include structural observations, attic insulation, crawlspace observations, drainage analysis, windows and interior finishes...)
HUD Observations *$450.00
House Check works in conjunction with Hildenbrandt and Associates Engineering Corporation to provide a detailed report concerning the 1996 HUD guidelines for your home.
We will inspect various different items in our 1996 HUD guideline observations allowing you to receive the financing available for your home.
These 1996 HUD guideline observations include foundation type and condition, pier and post design, tie down type and design, skirting type and condition, drainage analysis, and general over all condition of the structural components. These observations are used to determine if the dwelling meets the standards set forth by the 1996 HUD guidelines concerning the permanence of the foundation design.
Hildenbrandt and Associates works closely with House Check to provide an engineer stamped report that meets or exceeds the requirements of the 1996 HUD guidelines. Hildenbrandt and Associates is a highly respected and dependable Engineering Corporation that has been serving Colorado’s front range for over 10 years.
Payment on the 1996 HUD guideline observations are due prior to our observations.
