The silver home inspection focuses on the major components of the home… the roof, the electrical system, the heating/cooling system, the plumbing system and the foundation system. The silver home inspection is also designed for newer homes and homes that are known to be structurally sound and in good over all condition. The silver home inspection is complete with a general printed out list of items observed during the home inspection and any deficiencies found at the time of the home inspection.

Your House Check inspector will evaluate various different items in the 1996 HUD guidelines for permanent foundations servicing modular homes. House Check’s observations will assist you in receiving the financing available for your modular home.
These 1996 HUD guideline observations include foundation type and condition, pier and post design, tie down type and design, skirting type and condition, drainage analysis, and general over all condition of the structural components. These observations are used to determine if the dwelling meets the standards set forth by the 1996 HUD guidelines concerning modular homes and the permanence of the foundation design.
